Your AI handles email through its own authorized connections. Landlord MCP stores rental records and supporting evidence; it does not scan your mailbox from this page. Available actions depend on your plan, permissions and AI client.

A few things worth knowing.

Can I use Claude, Codex or Cursor?

The AI setup guide has client-specific instructions. Some clients offer an install link; others require adding the server in their settings. You still sign in and approve access. An opened link is not a confirmed connection.

What if my AI cannot read my email?

Start with a lease, receipt or property document you choose to share. Ask your AI which file-transfer options it supports. Do not publish private tenant documents or paste passwords into chat.

Does a receipt automatically become a rent payment?

No. A receipt is evidence to match and review. Payment candidates, lease drafts and other proposals stay separate from posted financial records and approved changes.

What will it cost?

Review the available plans and current price in account setup. Your AI provider may charge separately. This page does not select a plan, start checkout or promise a free trial.
